Is artificial grass static?
At football fields little grains often stick to shoes and clothes.
Artificial grass can be static. Most materials are more or less susceptible to building up static electricity and this also applies to synthetics. With friction (i.e. use) static electricity can build up. This is usually due to high temperatures and low humidity. Artificial grass cannot lose the electricity to the environment causing it to become static. By quickly spraying the artificial lawn with a hose you can easily get rid of the static electricity.
